My drawings are getting more and more influenced by my own personal struggle with my overflowing mass of hair. It reaches halfway down my back and on a hot humid day like today, it is quite partial to frizzing to a consistency someplace between straw and candy floss. My vanity culminated with my obsessive hair drawing has led to another lady in a mess.

I’ve had this sewing idea for some time but it was only once I was working on these tangles I decided to add some… ‘Shock’’Horror!’… colour. Its subtle but adding colour to drawings is something I think I need to work on.
